• • There is one program which enables a complete erase of os on blackberry. Pls be awae of that you gonna lose all data on blackberry device. Before you perform this work, pls back up your data first.
    
    1. Download JL_Cmder
    JL_Cmder v1.9.1
    
    2. Install this Program and you will have this program short cut on desktop, or you can designate its path.
    
    3. Perform this program.
    
    4. Choose 4 for complete erase of os
    
    5. Choose 5 for set everything back to the factory setting.
    
    I usually did two of them, 4,5 for complete and through works.
    
    6. Download BB OS which suits your need and install.
    
    7. Go to C drive ->Programs ->Common Files ->Research In Motion ->AppLoader ->Loader.exe
    
    8. Make sure disconnect data cable btn device and computer before performing loader.exe
    
    9. AFter loader is working, and then connect the cable, make sure that you put the battery into the device
    
    10. All set and you are good to go!
