    Follow the instruction to install the OS on your PC.
    
    2. Before you connect your BB to the PC, copy CJK.alx to C:Program FilesCommon FilesResearch In MotionSharedLoader Files9800E_v6.0.0.141_P6.4.0.64
    
    3. The rest of the cod files in Java Folder to C:Program FilesCommon FilesResearch In MotionSharedLoader Files9800E_v6.0.0.141_P6.4.0.64Java.
    
    4. Go to C:Program FilesCommon FilesResearch In MotionAppLoader
    delete the Vendor.xml file.
    
    5. Connect BB to your PC and double click Loader.exe
    
    6. Follow the onscreen instruction.
    
    7. Choose Korean, or Chinese or Japanese as you need
